sun protection
I am out on the water quite a bit, which used to result in sun burns. It doesnt matter
how much I hear about the negative association with not wearing any sunscrean,
personacannot get myself into the habbit of applying and reapplying suntan lotion.
8 years ago, when I used to teach two, four hour classes on Sundays, I started
wearing a simple hat from Tilly. They seemed over priced to me, ranging
